I love this place! It's such a revelation. I've been wearing hair extensions for about 10 years and have purchased from all over North America. I moved to Vancouver recently and needed a new extension place. I couldn't get an appointment with another salon, so I stumbled upon Pacific. I was able to get a free consultation for the next day. I've purchased a lot of extensions in the past, so I just kind of expected them to all be the same, but they explained the differences between all kinds of remy hair, did a colour match and booked me an appointment the next Saturday.

When I came in, I was so impressed...the hair extensions were colour matched to my own, the hair felt so soft and they installed everything in under two hours. Now, it's 3 months later, my hair is still in incredible shape (which I've never experienced with packaged hair) and I get compliments almost every day.
