sends incorrect products

This is a piercing supply website with other random merchandise. I shop here normally for earrings and plugs etc.
This time I ordered a red agate stone heart-shaped plug because I lost one. What I got was a snotty-mucousy coloured one that was not a heart, just a rounded triangle. Photo compares whiteish one to another real red agate one I have.
Their quality has declined while prices have risen. Don't shop on this site.
