This restaurant is awesome. I must say, mamaluv, that it is a gigantic step up from the olive garden. Great food, nice atmosphere (although it's in a mall), and decent service.

Pasta La Vista is a nice upgrade from the Olive Garden. It is a smaller restaurant, which I prefer over the Earl's warehouse concept, and so the setting is intimate. Unfortunately it is located in City Centre a.k.a. Eaton Place Mall. Although the mall is centrally located, the restaurant is accessable only through the mall doors, so you're walking past the Bargain Barrel or Foot Locker store or whatever to get there. It is a weird setting. If you don't care about that, it is otherwise a nice place at a good price. Good appies.
