This is a horrid place!! My mother in law suffers from dementia and is often confused.
Her sister is fine and looks out for her... while at the salon getting their nails done my mother in law asked Paula if she could help fix her eyebrows.
Paula said yes then took her in the back not saying a word to her sister.

In the back Paula applied large black permanent tattoo eyebrows on my 86 year old mother in law!!!!!

My mother in law did not know that anything other than shaping was happening.
Her sister flipped when she saw what had been done. We are considering legal action.

Paula charged my mother in law $250.00 for ruining her face. The brows are horrid, large , black and too close together.

Do not go to this salon!!

They are rude, speaking in their language in front of customers ( about customers? ). They make everyone feel unwelcome. The salon is dirty.

When questioned about her actions Paula accused my mother in laws sister of also having dementia! Despicable people

People who take advantage of seniors and abuse the elderly by being disrespectful and rude should not be in business.

There are plenty of nail salons around...here's hoping Paula's goes out of business.
