I have been twice and will not return. The service in a word, poor. First time when location was at East Mall we waited over 35 mins with an appointment being made a week in advance. Service was not friendly or welcoming, felt as if we were an intrusion. Nail job was not great either and they are expensive. The second time was the new location at Rathburn and Renforth. Thesalon was hot no air conditioning, fly's were everywhere. I feel the salon is dirty, you only soak feet in plain water. Didn't see/any cleaner used between customers just a water rinse. Had a shellac Mani as well soaked only one hand in water not the other. Missed steps performed on one not the other. Shellac was streaky and thick not at all close to cuticle the service was not very pleasant again. So went again to have shellac removed, called ahead said no wait, so went immediately/and had to wait. So a shellac Mani, regular pedi, and removal of shellac along with tip etc was approx $80.00. I will not go there again even though convenient, I would not mind paying for a good service. Would not reccomend because of the cleanliness firstly and the poor quality service 3 times. Was hoping they would be good but no.
