Using PayPal makes me feel more safe when shopping online. Especially when I go on new website. Love it.

I had once had an issue online with some company and I had used paypal and at first I used their website to report an issue but that didn't work out but I did call their help line and their phone service is fantastic and they are such nice people and helpful. Never use their website to report because it's automated but other than that their paying options are easy to use.
