Pay Pal is getting to be a popular way to shop online for many retailers now. It has made it easier for consumers without credit cards to transfer money to their pay pal account so they can purchase items online as well. I find it easier on my pocket book to use monies I already have instead of using my credit cards.

PayPal is like a bank, but online.
I add funds and am able to shop at online stores like Ebay/Walmart/Amazon...
