My fiancé purchased me a promise ring from people's 4 years ago. It was supposed to come with a lifetime diamond guarantee as long as it was taken in for inspection every 6 months... but they never sent the paperwork with the ring & refused to send it. It has now lost 2 diamonds and it's a huge eyesore.

In the last year I have become a regualr shopper at Peoples. I had a great experience at the Square One location (after a miserable experience at Spence) for my wedding band a few years ago and I have found they have the best deals on jewellery. The instore service is generally pretty good (as with any store there are a few bad apples) and I really like the online shopping for their store- theres always great sales and lots of items you can only get online. I always get my purchase shipped to the nearest store since it's free and it is always very fast.

This store has some jewelry that's nice but the overall service is terrible ,the staff are quite rude,and don't seem to want to make a sale
