Smaller convenient “neighborhood” locations. They may not have every single option under the sun but I haven’t ever left without what I was looking for. The staff at these locations are well educated in my experience and friendly. We most often go because of the super convenience of the self serve dog wash. For $10 they supply the raised bath, shampoos, brushes, dryer, towels etc.
