I've been to many Pet Valu locations, but have never received the quality of service that I did at the Prince Albert location. We took my parents mixed giant-breed puppy (he's already 160lbs at eight months!) for a self-serve bath and blow-dry. He doesn't do well on the leash, and embarrasingly knocked over two displays while making our way through the store to the bathing station. The women at the store laughed, were light-hearted and kind about the entire situation! They helped us calm our pup down, and even gave us a discount seeing as we struggled to wash him. They were insightful about techniques to help his anxiety, and truly cared about pets - and it showed!

Top notch service and two lovely employees made this the best Pet Valu experience I have ever had!
