I love petsmart because I can bring my dog in while we shop which has helped her in getting more socialized. She was a rescue and gets very nervous around people. The staff are usually really great and very understanding.

Petsmart is a great pet store where you can take your pet with you to shop they have a huge product selection for pets the staff is very knowlegeable and also very friendly

Pet smart is amazing for any of you who have pets!!!

Their Pets Hotel is fabulous, I usually leave my big girl with them and she always comes home happy, I can see they take good care of her no matter what. I also love the variety of services they offer, like you can pay $4 bucks and your dog will get a treat of vanilla ice cream and things like that.

I feel blessed that Pet Smart exists thats how I can go away with a piece of mind that my little one is ok and I am always comfortable when coming in to buy treats and food for my dobe, stagg is very knowledgeable.

There is so much to choose from at Petsmart. The staff is so friendly and very knowledgeable. Every you could possibly need can be found and items you didn't even know existed. It's a great place to learn about all your pet's needs. Quality products from name brands that you can trust at an excellent price.

I really enjoy shopping at this pet store. I buy my dog food from here and up until recently my cats food too (had to switch to a special formula from the Veterinarian). The staff has always been helpful and the store is well stocked and clean. Out of all the pet specialty stores this one is my favourite.

I enjoy going to PetSmart in Oshawa. They have so many brands of pet food, excellent pet supplies and courteous staff that will help you with all your pet needs.

I haven't been to the one in Toronto, but I have been to one of the locations and they have really good merchandise and lots to choose from to make your pet(s) happy! Great quality items at reasonable prices. The workers are so nice too!

The staff are very knowledgeable about the products in their store. They have a great return policy on unopened products and also opened bags of pet food. As long as there is more than half a bag remaining you can take it back if your pet is allergic or no longer likes eating it. They have sales on a multitude of items every month. And if you sign up for their loyalty program, which is free, you get additional discounts. Love it!
