They made us pay before anything came to the table. They brought all the beer (draught) to the table at the same time and the waitress never came back to the table once to see how things were.

So if you are looking to be ignored by the server and overpay for everything then this is the place for you. Seriously, they charge cover on a saturday night. I plan events for my company so in an attempt to get me to plan the next event there the manager offered to send over complimentary nachos, which never came. I definetly did not plan any events there. If you are looking for a bar in the neighbourhood check out Spacco's or Alleycatz.

I completely agree with artist. In fact, I was at the restaurant with her when she had that terrible experience. At first the waitress was really nice and patient (another friend we went with has a lot of food allergies), checking with the kitchen to make sure she'd be able to eat what she was ordering. However, towards the end she completely ignored us. She would come into the area where our table was, go around to every table asking how everyone was doing, and skipped ours everytime. One time one of us even went and stood right in front of her and she just walked away.
Aside from a getting a bad server, the food was not that impressive either. I ordered pasta, it was about $15 and was not that good - I could have made it myself at home and it would have tasted much better and been ten times cheaper.
If you can go anywhere else, do it. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

This is one of the worst restaurants I have ever been to. It is suppose to be oh so super -Canadian but it just plays on stereotypical Canadian stereotypes. The place is for the guys to watch the hockey game, there are pictures and television showing that of that everywhere. The service started out really well, and then after a while the waitress ignored us. Food was mediocre, service was just terrible. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
