Visiting this restaurant was honestly the worst experience I'd ever had. I've written a review about Sushi Jade and its horrible service before, but this was just bad.

There was no sign when we got there to tell us to seat ourselves, so we stood there for at least 5 minutes before the waiter told us to seat ourselves. So, even before the luncheon began we felt stupid. Then we looked at the menu and saw some things we thought we might like. I ordered the mango salad (which was pretty well the only good tasting thing, according to my friends! I didn't try anything else...). I also ordered the bubble tea, which I figured would be only slightly flavoured, as most places tend to do. Wrong! It was sickly sweet. My boyfriend ordered the orange juice and it was also sickly sweet... I tasted it, and there was more sugar than juice. Awful!

Anyway, we ordered vietnamese sausage, pad thai, a stirfry, dumplings and another stirfry type meal along with a side of shrimp on sugar cane. Half of it didn't come with the rest of the order... I guess it was forgotten because we had to remind them and they had no idea. The stuff that did come took a really long time to come out. Thankfully mine was supposed to be cold! When they brought everything, no one told us what was what so we pretty well guessed. The sausage looked like sliced tofu, and of course not knowing what anything was, no one claimed it. We all tried a bit of something (except for me, my boyfriend and my best friend who all knew what we ordered - pad thai, mango salad and dumplings). The only thing that was actually good (apart from my salad) was the price. I would have been quite upset if I had to pay anything more than the ten I paid for poor quality food and service.
