Pilates

I looked for years for a Pilates studio...NOT YOGA or Yogalates! Pilates North is perfect. They offer many types of Pilates Tradition Mat or Reformer or Ball but add other classes like Bar (kind of like ballet). It is a place to visit and take a class or 2. They have many classes on schedule.
