Not that I am necessarily anti- large corporation or anything (I stll love my Starbucks) but there is something to be said about a cozy neighbourhood coffee house. Prana coffee had such a relaxed atmosphere. There are books over the fireplace that can be read at any time, huge round pillows in the bay windows and vintage-y chairs and tables. I felt like I could stay there sipping my nonfat caramel latte all day. The coffee is freshly roasted and its AMAZING. I know I am a coffee-aholic and if necessary, will drink any coffe available but it was so rich and fresh and tasty. Prana coffee is the result of four generations of coffee roasters.
All the baked goods are baked on site as well. I recommend the chocolate zucchini loaf (even my 4 year old scarfed it down) The staff was also super friendly and spoke to me like I was a regular even though it was my first time going. I loved it and i am definately going to be chilling there whenever I get the chance.
