Although Pree Brulee's products are adorable and ~relatively~ affordable, this was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I ordered one of their necklaces a while ago and within just a few months, several of the jewels were falling out, due to the necklace's structure (the prongs were loosened with any tension whatsoever). I emailed Pree Brulee asking for a replacement or some kind of credit. There were several emails back and forth, along with Instagram direct messages (since my emails were seldom responded to), and I still to this day have not received a replacement. The thing that bothered me the most is that Pree Brulee told me they would ship out a substitute necklace, according to my selection, but it's been at least 4 months and I still haven't received anything. So much for Pree Brulee's Customer Service Department. Do not order from this website unless you're willing to take a big, expensive chance!
