Take your business elsewhere

I have to start out by saying I've never personally had my hair done by Prep Hair. I'm sure the quality of work from stylists isn't all bad, but their customer service is atrocious. They belittle and bully people who leave bad reviews but not only that the owner of Prep Hair will call the company you work for and complain about you. That kind of behaviour is wildly unprofessional and frankly embarrassing. Their stylists have berated and bullied me on my business page after leaving an honest review of their unprofessionalism which frankly solidifies my notion that Prep Hair needs to work on how to be professional when dealing with the public. I'm very very disappointed that this poor quailtiy of customer service is offered in the neighbourhood I grew up in and that this is how they choose to deal with customer service issues and the public. Until they improve this, I strongly encourage you to take your business elsewhere.

I have been going to Prep Hair in Winnipeg for a few years now and have always had a great experience. They have an upstairs and downstairs area - both filled with extremely talented stylists. I have never had a bad hair cut or colour or style there, I have been extremely happy each time. They also sell beer and wine - so if you are there all day you can enjoy a drink too!
