Worst work ever - doesn't last even 2 weeks for a new set of acrylics.
Save your money and see real professionals. These guys are a joke especially the manager. It's about cheap work done quickly so you will be back sooner to fix their mess rather than the usual 3-4 weeks.
You have been forewarned! Here's what my nails looked after 11 days. That's because the lady did the cuticle work after the nail was put on rather than before. It didn't click at the time, but it does now. Manager refuse to fix them even with receipt proof that they were very recent. He only offered to refill them at my own cost - after 11 days/1.5 weeks of having them put on. Seriously. They look at least 3 weeks old. I know, I've had my nails done before many times.
my mum & i both get our acrylics done at proffesionail marion. and today i went in for refills and the manager peter (who always does my mums nails) saw me. i hadnt seen him for about 3 months as i usually go to the new professionail upstairs. when i walked in.. i greeted him as usual with a ' hello, how are you?' he replied 'oh i didnt recognise you..' i asked him why he didnt know who i was? which he then replied back 'oh because uv gotten big. next time i see your mum i need to tell her to put you on a diet'
i looked away, as i had no words to describe the feeling that i felt. i was mostly embarrased in front of the other customers. the lady that was doing my nails turned to him and jabbered on in asian & he then goes oh sorry i mean you look more mature.
i think that is discusting for anyone to be treated like that when you are a paying customer & they can hardly speak english.
i was so f---d off.
I visited PROFESSIONAILS Marion, South Australia to have my acrylic french refills done. They are all unfriendly, speak to each other in a foreign language and don't have any courtesy or customer service skills. Yesterday my girl just stood up and without anyone saying anything a man took over my nails without looking at me or mumbling a single word. As things progressed i wondered when he was going to ask me if I wanted my nails shorter (which I did) and when I pointed it out he looked 'put out' and annoyed. He then appeared to have been near finishing, and he hadn't done my 'white' bits yet, and when i mentioned it, he said "no, i have just done pink acrylic filling, i didn't know you wanted your whites done". WELL OF COURSE HE DIDN'T KNOW, BECAUSE HE DIDN'T ASK ME ONE SINGLE QUESTION THE WHOLE TIME!!! He could see I was bitterley dissapointed, then sprung to life saying things like "you don't need white bits done, they look fine". They didn't look fine, they had grown out, and needed redoing. I actually felt violated in some way, paying for an unfriendly, unsatisfactory service. I will NEVER go there again. Why can't they speak to people, what is wrong with them? Is that how customer service is like overseas? I wouldn't know, maybe it's a cultural thing. Well, it doesn't work here in friendly OZ, get some manners!! Oh, and my cuticles are scabby from the harsh drilling which hit my skin on numerous occasions. What a pathetic thing, paying money to have a service to make you feel special and pretty, when the whole thing made me feel sad and unhappy. Go somewhere else!!!
