This is a little natural gem. It is probably the best health-food/ natural store in the city. It is a small little maze that offers supplements, vitamins, foods, beauty products, you name it if it is natural or healthy. The staff is very helpful and can offer recommendations on products and help you navigate the store. When I visited, it seemed like there was a staff member in every section that asked if I needed help, which might seem overbearing, but if you don't know what you're looking for or what might be best for you, they're there to help. Prices are fair, the food items are a little pricey, but probably no more than you would pay at any other speciality health store.

This place is great. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable about all their products. They are selling a variety of everything including organic foods including meats, fruits, etc. Plus cosmetics, vitamins and supplements, and everything natural that you can imagine. There is a bulk food section plus gluten free items. It's an amazing selection of everything and more. Worth checking out.
