I haven't been to Red Lobster since last year as there isn't one in our City. We go here on every trip, at least once a year. For us, it's reasonably priced and great food. I love the Sunset Passion Colada with the Ultimate Feast. Bring your appetite!

The last and I stress last time ( I will never go again) I went to Red Lobster I was so disgusted with the food, the service and the bill. I had decided to take my mother out for supper and thought (wrongly) that Red Lobster would be a great place to go. We had gone quite a few times prior and thought it not a bad place to go, food had been ok and service pretty good. Well this last time the service was lousy (and the restaurant wasn't even that busy). We both ordered steak and lobster. The lobster was cold and tough, definitely cooked from the frozen state, not fresh. Our steaks were on the cool side and not served as ordered (medium rare) but rather overdone. The only half decent item served ws the baked potato, but even this was served with no extra,s had to ask the server to bring sour cream. We had each ordered an alcoholic beverage and that too was a big disappointment, definitely watered down. Never had coffee as it was not offered. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone, it almost leaves a bad taste in my mouth, just thinking about my last visit there. Our bill came to almost $100.00, and believe you me if the service and the meal had been better I would not have minded.

To top off insult to injury, when I got home I e-mailed the company and lodged a complaint, I did not rant and rave, just said it like it happened, step by step. To this day I have not received a response, let alone an apology. Would I recommend this restaurant to anyone else. Definitely not!!!

We celebrated my sister in laws birthday on Sunday. We went to the Red Lobster. It was not busy when we got to the restaurant, but we still had to put our name in and the number of people, which was 6. It took about 1/2 hr to be seated. Apparently, the hostess would not sit anyone until they had the staff to accommodate the customers. Once seated, we gave our drink orders. Once our drinks came, which was quick, we then placed our orders. It took very little time to bring our bowl of bread and our appetizers and salads. However, it took 45 minutes for our main course which I feel is too long of a wait. The they messed up one of our orders, so they had to wait another 15 minutes while everyone else was chowing down our meals. I had also noticed that the prices have increased quite a bit. Our waitress was very nice and tried to attend to our drinks and looking after us why we waited for dinner. Over all, we enjoyed the food, and left with very full tummies. The dinner was excellent for everyone in our party of six.
