I feel let down by a long lost love. Actually, I feel like I have been slapped in the face.
The first time I walked into a Rudsak store I was sold on the product and their image. A Canadian designer with sharp taste and distinct lines. I held up my support through frequent inshore purchases. But unfortunately, I have of recent moved west to a city without a Rudsak retailer. Like coming home to a well made meal, I was really excited to place my first online purchase. One month after receiving confirmation that my online request was received and my credit card charge was approved, I am till product-less and unable to get ahold of anyone at the company.
The thing is, is that I actually am not at all disappointed that my product has not arrived. I am mad because the company has stonewalled me.
I am disappointed that I have called Rudsak daily for 2 weeks (leaving a clear message each time) without response back. I did actually talk to someone..once. They took down my details and promised to follow-up on it and call back within the day. I am still waiting for this phone call. I have e-mailed - each time without reply. I finally left a message several days ago asking the payment be reversed. To no surprise, a request that has been without response.
Mistreated love I can leave, and this product I can too.
