What a pleasant surprise at Safeway!

I have never been a fan of Safeway until now...since they closed a lot of stores and re-opened they have had some really good deals with prices lower than a lot of other grocery stores and great in=store deals. The only drawback is that they do not pricematch...and unfortunately I am finding other stores doing that or getting very restrictive on who they will pricematch with. I was also surprised that a product that was on a 3day sale and it was out of stock I received a 30day raincheck! SAFEWAY is not the old store that it used to be and it is worth checking out. Plus all the ones that I have been to offer excellent customer service and are very clean and organized.
