spoiled sweets and didn't care customer complaint and hung u

We bought Kalakand 9 boxes of burfi not even 1. We gave 8 boxes to our friends & relatives for our new house. And out of 6 didn't eat more than 1 peice as mithai taste wasn't good and they throw the whole box. As we bought a house and we were busy in moving and obviously families didn't complaint to us that sweets were spoiled. I got to know after few days that sweets weren't gud to eat from my siblings and Aunt but felt ashamed to ask our friends if the sweets were gud or not. I called and tried to explained in the store that there sweets weren't gud in taste and they throw everything. ASHA was the lady who didn't try to listen and hung up on me. I even told her , I am giving you a review and don't need my money back or anything But she was continuesly arguing and didn't care at all.
And she mentioned we guarantee for 3 days as it's milk product, then I told her you should mention that on your boxes and banner as well inside your store as Disclaimer.

Another thing I wasn't gonna ask everyone how was the sweets.

This is the last time I visited and will not recommend anyone to go there OR please check and complain same day or next day.
