I consider SASS the place to go when you want to take your pole dancing from a fun little hobby to being an official POLE ARTIST! Although the studio caters to all levels and offers a variety of fitness and Aerial classes, I find what sets SASS apart from other studios is that this is where a serious poler can take it to the next level!! If you want to compete or perform I believe that Shanyn will put you where you need to be. The picture above was my 1st visit to SASS when Shanyn taught me the "superman". Totally worth the commute from Toronto!!

I've tried other pole dancing studios but I was never happy with them until I discovered SASS (Shanyn's Artistic Strength Studio) in Stoney Creek. One of my biggest pet peeves with other pole studios is that they didn't allow me to work at the level and pace I wanted. At SASS, I am allowed to work at the level I want with the number 1 rated pole instructor and pole dancer (Best Pole Tricks Miss Pole Dance Canada 2010) in CANADA!

Great place, excellent instructors, unbelievible workout and just so much fun, if you want something new and exciting this is the place to be. Great exercise for all ages!!!!
