Worst service ever

I purchased a mattress set online and had the items shipped to the store. The day I come and get my order after getting a call saying that it has arrived at the store, they only have the boxspring and not the mattress.
Obviously I call customer service to have more information on my mattress... turns out that it is out-of-order; they have no idea when they are going to get it (more or less 10 business days was the agent's guestimation).

Never again!!

Really disappointed with the service of Sears lately (both in the delivery stores and over the phone). I made a purchase (a wonderful deal!) before Christmas online that showed the item was in stock and to be delivered in two weeks. Three weeks had passed and I still had not even received a shipping date. I called their customer service and they told me my order was cancelled without giving any reasons. I'm very happy I called or else I would have never known my order was cancelled...how horrible is that!? Unfortunately Sears has now lost my business.

The choices in clothes and shoes are average (less than certain other big surface stores) and the prices are rather expensive. On the other hand, for appliances and household items, the choice is vast and the delivery services is efficient. They even offer to pick up old large appliances.

I use to love this store however there is only 1 left in our city and the selection is not very good any more.
I still go there from time to time to check out the sales, but I'm usually disappointed

Honestly I do not like anything in this store. It is run down and nothing can change that. The clothing is targeted towards older women nothing for younger generation, which they are missing out. The bedding section is super expensive and can be found cheaper else where. Same concept with kitchen and any other department they have.

Nice stores and set ups but they don't really have a lot that's to great. If you are the female that likes perfumes and expensive makeup, I guess this store is for you. Just about everything is more pricey than everywhere else, even hudson bay is more cheaper and better. Not really impressed and the workers at least where I live aren't so helpful and they like to skip people as well.

I find Sears has geared most of their clothing items to older people or styles. Plus their prices are high and the stores could really use a face lift. But I still recommend. Just nothing there that I find appeals to me.

Place has its up and downs, sometimes you can score some good deals and get great finds. but dont expect much from the store then you'll be fine. Rely only on yourself- people working there seems too tired from everything, I find their help to be almost depressing :))

I like some of the stuff I got from Sears and they have lots of selection. I like all of their kitchen stuff, I have found some great quality products here.

I like going to sears it relaxing the people are nice and the price sometimes and wow! A few months a go there was a sale in sears and all last season purses/handbags were on sale for $20! My mom and I bought expensive designer purses for 20 bucks each. I bought a $110 purse for 20 dollars. Believe it or not. Later I learned that the sale happened in a few stores. I definitely recommend sears.
