Worst service ever

I purchased a mattress set online and had the items shipped to the store. The day I come and get my order after getting a call saying that it has arrived at the store, they only have the boxspring and not the mattress.
Obviously I call customer service to have more information on my mattress... turns out that it is out-of-order; they have no idea when they are going to get it (more or less 10 business days was the agent's guestimation).

Never again!!

I use to love this store however there is only 1 left in our city and the selection is not very good any more.
I still go there from time to time to check out the sales, but I'm usually disappointed

Nice stores and set ups but they don't really have a lot that's to great. If you are the female that likes perfumes and expensive makeup, I guess this store is for you. Just about everything is more pricey than everywhere else, even hudson bay is more cheaper and better. Not really impressed and the workers at least where I live aren't so helpful and they like to skip people as well.

I find Sears has geared most of their clothing items to older people or styles. Plus their prices are high and the stores could really use a face lift. But I still recommend. Just nothing there that I find appeals to me.

I cannot stand shopping at Sears! Not only do I find the store over priced, but I find it to have horrible service. I can never find a sales associate, and the cash registers are all over the place. Then, once you actually find a cash register - there is no one around there to help. Plus, they have like 3 carts for the entire store. UGH!
