the atmosphere here is very comforting and blends in with the area well
The coffee is very good but a bit strong
The sweet treats are all very good along with the sandwiches

Where I live we have a few second cups. I tried their hot chocolate frozen drink, it's good. I didn't really try much there though they have a lot of variety that's something to look at it. Prices are average why?, because some of their stuff is a bit pricey.

Second Cup is my choice over Tim Hortons without a doubt. The people actually know what they are doing here and make you feel welcome. I love their Italian Sodas; especially in the summertime. I just feel like there are so many more choices here, and for decent prices. It's a coffee shop that has been with me since high school because of their service and quality.

I don't usually enjoy frequenting chain restaurants, but I make an exception for Second Cup on Edmonton in downtown Winnipeg. It has a certain "je ne sais quoi" about it. A nice place to grab a snack on the go or sink into one of their armchairs with a latte macchiato for an hour or three.
