I LOVE Sephora but this location is not the best..

So this review is sort of a mixed one because I love Sephora as a whole, they have so many great products, ranging in price from high end to everyday wear makeup, this store has so many of my favourites. I even love their website (even though you can't sample the products right away) BUT they send free products/gifts with an online purchase which is a plus! The thing is, not every location is similar to the next. I understand every store will be different but the one by my house compared to one not even an hour away is drastically different, in size, the products, and the staff.
The Kitchener Waterloo Sephora is pretty small compared to a lot of other Sephora stores I've been to and doesn't have half the products or even the brands which is kind of a let down if your going in for something specific. The main thing though is the staff, most of the stores I've been to the staff has been so helpful (there's always that one employee that isn't as helpful) that's in every store with any products though. The KW Sephora staff seem to not love their job, some are great and helpful but a big handful of the Staff aren't smiling, they don't greet you, and you literally wait for help until you just want to leave and not if the time I do and not in a good mood (MAC is across the hall, so not a good thing).
I don't love being negetive but this is just my opinion and it doesn't stop me from loving Sephora, I just try to stay away from that location.
