I love Sephora, but do most of my shopping online because the store closest to me (Pacific Centre, Vancouver) is always a madhouse. It's impossible to get anyone to help you if you have a question, and the queues are crazy long. To top it off, there is often an unpleasant odour near the back of the store, which I'm sure is not their fault at all, but it is very off-putting. I do my in-person shopping at the flagship Sephora store in Las Vegas, and then renew products online. A much more pleasant experience start to finish.
