One of my favourite Sephora locations. It is so easy to access, in downtown Vancouver. Looks so inviting, love the look of the store. Very clean store inside with such an amazing selection of beauty things. Staff is always so friendly and willing to help. I never feel intimidated in this store, even with my anxiety issues. Very bright, big store. Love the rewards program and free gifts. Can always find what I'm looking for.

I love Sephora, but do most of my shopping online because the store closest to me (Pacific Centre, Vancouver) is always a madhouse. It's impossible to get anyone to help you if you have a question, and the queues are crazy long. To top it off, there is often an unpleasant odour near the back of the store, which I'm sure is not their fault at all, but it is very off-putting. I do my in-person shopping at the flagship Sephora store in Las Vegas, and then renew products online. A much more pleasant experience start to finish.
