I love going to Sephora. The fact that you can sample a product before purchasing it is what keeps me going back. I never feel any pressure to buy the item right then and there. I go home, try it out for a few days and if I fall in love then I head back and buy the full size. It's that simple.

I decided to try out a new Sephora in my area. I had read many reviews on a Shiseido cream and really wanted to try it. I have purchased so many products in the past that have gone to the bottomless beauty graveyard and I will not do it anymore. Not to mention, I have very oily, acne prone, sensitive skin, with enlarged pores that clog. It is a never ending battle and I need monthly facials that provide extractions. Yeah...Fun!

Needless to say, I asked the manager for a sample of the cream. Instead she offered to provide me with a mini facial. They used a total of 7 products totalling over $500. I asked for a sample of one of the products because I had a very heavy feeling on my face that only told me I would end of having a breakout if I contined to use it. But because she had so many products on my skin I was not sure what it was. She told me she did not have any samples and instead I should buy the products and if I didn't like them to return them before 30 days. I was forced into buying one of the items because I felt like I wasted her time. Sure enough, the instinct I had about breaking out was right and I returned the product 7 days later.
