I really love Sephora but this store disappoints me every time.

Contrary to other Sephoras, you can wait a long time before someone comes to see you and asks if you need help. You really have to go get someone. Last three times I went (it's close to my work so it is convenient), their stock was low and couldn't find habitual products, even in the Sephora collection. Eye-shadow colours were sparse, there were tools missing and had to order what I was looking for online, which cost me for shipping...

The way the store is made is also a big disadvantage for them. You have to circle around, its not like other stores were its easy to go through.

And since it's downtown, it's always crowded and there's not enough cashes to make the lines go faster. It once took me more than 15 minutes to pay and leave...
