Customer service sucks
I recently visited this store location at Markville mall and had the worst experience ever I was purchasing Hundreds of dollars worth of products because of my skin changing and my old products no longer work for me so I got a sales associate to help me she helped with 2 products and when I asked for help with more she stated that she could no longer help me because there were other people waiting for help. I understand that but I was there first I also waited until someone was available to help me which was about 20 minutes. She then walked away about 10 min later I saw her just standing around. In the same store I asked another person standing around so I asked for help locating a product I was told that no Sephora location carried that product that it could only be purchased online.
(which wasn’t true) I guess I looked confused and an associate who looked very busy stopped to make sure I was doing ok. This was the first encounter I had with someone in this store that seemed to actually care about customers, and wanted to help. However The hillcrest location was amazing all their associates were very helpful. So I recommend Sephora just not the Markville location.
