Best place in the world for girl aaaaaa so great :)

Probably the best place for all your beauty/skincare needs. The service at Sephora is always amazing, even on their busiest days. The technology they use for colouring matching your skin to finding the right fragrance is superb! The loyalty program is wonderful.

As someone who knows the basics about make up, Sephora is great for finding people with knowledge and understanding of every product. I find it's a little difficult to find someone to talk to there, and the associates don't really approach you. Prices are high unless you shop the house brand. Overall it's usually a great experience.

i have rosacea so coming into a makeup store, i felt that no one would quite understand how to fix my skin. to my surprise there was an area just for skin with an expert who knew which products to grab. unfortunately i did rash due to an unknown allergy, but it was not her fault, and she apologized and kept it very professional. the products were a little on the expensive side, but at that point i just wanted to best skin care possible so i bought the stuff anyway. i wish there were more samples readily available, i know you can ask to have little capsules but it would be neat if they just added an extra sample in your bag so consumers can try something totally different.

Sephore have a great varity of brand and product to the beauty Tools, care and make up, they have amazing product and the employee are always realy helpfull and nice. Love this store

Sephora has a great variety beauty brands. Everything you could possibly need and then some is available. It is a high end boutique so many of the items are quite pricey. From my experience with high end brands the price demonstrates the quality. Sephora does have a points program for the customers. Who doesn't love redeem points for bonus products!

Iconic and awesome store for makeup and hair products. A favourite of any beauty lover - whether browsing or buying. The staff is very knowledgable and helpful. I've asked them to help me choose between two products before, and they've recommended a completely different one that turns out to be cheaper and of higher quality. The only negative about this store is it's often crowded, and very expensive. I'd shop there more often if they had decent sales/prices.

I can spend forever just browsing around here. I do enjoy it. A lot of stuff is overpriced, but I love playing with the products and getting a feel for them. A lot of the time if you ask the staff you can get a sample of items to try, but that's only if you can get ahold of a staff member to help. I don't like that they got rid of their red sale end caps, where I usually found some awesome stuff for a lot cheaper, so it was a chance to try new things. You really have to watch their prices, as they sometimes charge less per oz for a trial size than a regular size, so it's cheaper to buy two trials rather than one full price item.

OMG this like the HOME DEPOT for ladies! My man hates following me in there...great for me. I do wish they would have a second checkout and a little spa inside.
