#1 makeup store

Sephora is my go to store, whenever looking for makeup I can always be assured they have it. I love that they offer birthday gifts, have many shade ranges although can be pricey for some products, carries many brands as well as collecting points for rewards.

Everything in one place

Sephora is the fantastic. It has most makeup and skincare products under one roof. The online store is great too. One major great point about Sephora is that they will give you samples of products. That way you can try the product before you buy a full size product.

They also have an insider club (free to join) where you get a free present on your birthday. The presents are from good brands (my last gift was NARS).

Staff are helpful but in the Eaton Centre (the place I usually go) it is very busy so sometimes you need to wait a few minutes for help.

Would recommend to most

If you are someone who can go in and find exactly what you are looking for on your own, then you are in the right place!! If you need help colour matching or they don't have a product out, you're better off to find it somewhere else...

My go to for anything beauty

I love Sephora. They have such a wide selection of brands that I love, that it's my go to for whatever product that I'm looking for. I was so happy when it opened in Canada!

Best place for makeup

The Sephora Store in Toronto is the best the employees are so nice and helpful and the store always has a huge variety of makeup to purchase. It is expensive compared to drug store makeup but the quality can't be beat. I will definitely be buying there again.

Love shopping at Sephora

Who doesn't know Sephora? Well you can get a lot of high end brands in makeup,skincare and fragrance from Sephora. Sometimes I have a great experience at the store and other times I don't. Overall the staff try to greet and help you out. You can usually get a sample of a product to try before purchasing, which is great. I enjoy shopping on sephora.com because I find it easier to browse the site and read the reviews on the product. Also once you get colour matched in the store for a foundation you can figure out what colour shade matches you in other brands through the site. They also have a virtual makeup tester on their app...
I am not to fond of there points program, you can redeem products with the points you collect. I am a VIB ROUGE for years but every time I try to order a points gift they are always sold out. Also, the sales are not that great 20% off and !5% off once a year which is ok. They do have a great return policy, you can return your purchase within a month if your not satisfied.
Sometimes I find myself knowing more about the products than the employees, even if I ask for a new item they don't know about it. I do shop there all the time! Love it during the holidays with all there limited addition items.

Séphora est un très bon magasin avec de très bon produits.

Par contre, les porteurs de la carte gold, doivent avoir des privilèges, et bien entendue, cela sont rarement respectée, et les vendeuses oses vous dire : "Excusez moi il n'y a pas que vous dans le magasin"

Le service envers les porteurs de la carte gold est vraiment négligé, donc j’arrêterais d'acheter pour 1 500 euros de produits

I really love Sephora . They have high end products ranging from makeup , skincare , perfumes/lotions etc . The prices are more expensive then drug store brands but tend to be of better quality . Not all of them are though . The staff is knowledgable but sometimes they aren't helpful because it's super busy in there . They also provide a loyalty program which I take advantage of .

I wanted to leave the drugstore products and try out higher ended products. Not knowing what to buy, this lovely woman approached me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She asked what I wanted, my price range and then began testing products on my skin. I left happy and with a bunch of free samples.

I have an OBSESSION with Sephora! They have so many different products to try. Their beauty insider loyalty program is one of the best I've seen around. You are able to sample almost any product you're interested in buying. They offer birthday gifts to their loyalty members. This year I received a Tarte blush and matte lip paint. LOVE! Everything they sell is such good quality and well known! It can be expensive shopping in there, but I try not to think about it. Lol. I've never had a large issue with them. One time they cancelled half of my order because they over sold those products. That was pretty bad, but nothing I couldn't get over. Some people have problem with the in person service, I personally think they are all pretty helpful in store. They also offer free refunds if you don't enjoy the product! It's great, especially since you are spending so much on a product. They want to make sure that you LOVE it! They often have kits which they place their best selling products in and sell them for VERY reasonable prices. I love buying those sets so I can see which products are better fit to my tastes. I love trying new products for less, so these kits are great! Especially their lip kits. I haven't bought one yet in which I've disliked! I'm still a loyal Sephora customer.
