Best place for makeup

The Sephora Store in Toronto is the best the employees are so nice and helpful and the store always has a huge variety of makeup to purchase. It is expensive compared to drug store makeup but the quality can't be beat. I will definitely be buying there again.

I wanted to leave the drugstore products and try out higher ended products. Not knowing what to buy, this lovely woman approached me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. She asked what I wanted, my price range and then began testing products on my skin. I left happy and with a bunch of free samples.

I have an OBSESSION with Sephora! They have so many different products to try. Their beauty insider loyalty program is one of the best I've seen around. You are able to sample almost any product you're interested in buying. They offer birthday gifts to their loyalty members. This year I received a Tarte blush and matte lip paint. LOVE! Everything they sell is such good quality and well known! It can be expensive shopping in there, but I try not to think about it. Lol. I've never had a large issue with them. One time they cancelled half of my order because they over sold those products. That was pretty bad, but nothing I couldn't get over. Some people have problem with the in person service, I personally think they are all pretty helpful in store. They also offer free refunds if you don't enjoy the product! It's great, especially since you are spending so much on a product. They want to make sure that you LOVE it! They often have kits which they place their best selling products in and sell them for VERY reasonable prices. I love buying those sets so I can see which products are better fit to my tastes. I love trying new products for less, so these kits are great! Especially their lip kits. I haven't bought one yet in which I've disliked! I'm still a loyal Sephora customer.

J'achète tout les mois à Spehora. Comme il y a beaucoup de variétés de marques et de choix de produits, c'est le magasin idéal puisqu'on a pas besoin de visiter tout les autres magasins. À sephora, il y a TOUT ! De plus, mon hall préféré est le rayon de parfums!! Les employés sont enthousiastes et gentils.

I love the sephora in toronto I try to go at least a few times a year they have amazing products its definitely worth the money i can spend in this store the employees are great and the store it self is beautiful

Absolutely love Sephora!!! I could spend several hours and dollars in this store. I am in love with a lot of the different brands that they carry. I love that you get pretty much get a sample of anything in the store to try it out before you buy it which is very smart. I will admit some of Sephora brand products are way over priced for the amount of product you get.

I am a VIB ROUGE, its the highest point status they have so obviously it shows I love the store. the exchange policy is amazing. if you purchase something and use it you can still return it within a month! they also have a huge variety in all things beauty

Sephora is one of my favourite store and i love their online app. Their VIB rouge membership is worth every penny . I love the fast shipping and excellent customer service

Went into Sephora for the first time a week ago, I thought it was more tuned to the younger generation. ( I am over 45). I was so wrong, the clientele is a wide range of ages and the staff are amazing, energetic and very helpful. I was in the Toronto store at the Eaton's Centre and it was a sale day, so very busy. But the line moved fast and the staff were very quick but you didn't feel like they were pushing you along. It was a great experience, I will definitely be visiting the one at Limeridge mall.

I could spend all day here! Love the amazing variety Sephora stores offer! You can find practically any beauty product available here... now even Tom Ford! The stores are so well organized and well kept by very good beauty consultants who are superbly trained. Although I don't often ask for their opinions or advice (I personally also work in makeup), you can tell how often they are trained and retrained on new product here. A wonderful store with endless amounts of product! The rewards program is also decent and allows you to try new items for free with the purchase of certain amounts; VIB events and VIB Rouge perks are also a blast! Love this store!
