As a beauty Junkie, this is one of my favorite places to shop. I have never actually been to a store, but have ordered many times from Sephora.com. I have never had any problems with my orders. Sephora has so much to choose from, and most of the products have customer reviews, which I love.

I like the shop. They have great products and lots of different brandnames i can choose from. But sad that it is not link inbetween like the Sephora in Canada and France.

Although Sephora will forever be a safe haven for me, the sales associates do not know anything for the most part.

They all act like they know more than you (in my case I have been doing makeup for a couple of years now) and they do not even apply makeup well on themselves. How do I take advice from someone who does not know the trade themselves?

Their service is very disheartening.

On the upside, I love their products and their "Beauty Insider" program.

I love Sephora! This store is an absolute dream for a makeup addict like myself!
They carry so many brands under one roof and the staff are always so helpful and informed on all their products.
Their online shopping site is much like chick advisor in that they encourage customers to review their products allowing you to make a more informed choice when shopping.

LOVE Sephora! You get great value for your money, and not to mention fantastic service. This place not only has the best selection, but they also have one the best return policies. Every time I shop there I end up coming out with at least 7 different samples, and not to mention plenty of great items. One of the best stores around.

As a makeup addict this store can eat up a lot of my time and money! I love seeing the variety of makeup brands and assortment. I enjoy that they offer a makeup application tutorial and have friendly staff welcoming you and answering any questions you may have. The set up of the store is organized really well so you aren't walking around aimlessly trying to find something. I love looking through all their brushes and makeup applicators and other accessories until I went in to sephora I never realized that an eyebrow razor existed it sure works well when ur in a rush and do not have time to pluck nor do you want the redening from waxing. I love that sephora has a point system and enjoy choosing free samples at the end of my purchase. I'm sure my husband would write a complete opposite review!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Sephora, a bit expensive but it is a treat to myself when I shop there. Their makeup is well made and lasts all day.

I could spend hours in Sephora! I sometime do wish some of their prices were more affordable and that they kept a better inventory on certain products. It seems they are always out of 1 or 2 products that I am looking for when I shop there. I still love them! :)

So far I love Sephora. I am trying to find a mascara that does not bring my lashes down. I have pretty straight eye lashes and have the problem that I curl them but as soon I apply mascara they get straight again. I think if i find it somewhere it will be here

I LOVE Sephora! My first experience with Sephora was in Vegas, before any Canadian locations were open. Let me tell you, it was love at first sight! I am also just as impressed with the Canadian locations too. Unlike some American stores where the Canadian counterpart is quite dismal, Sephora keeps its class and is a worthwhile shopping adventure. There is something for every price point and style. There is also an impressive selection for the men out there as well.

As I don't live close to one. I make a twice yearly trip to stock up. They have an awesome rewards program and they give you a free gift on your birthday - no strings attached. I am counting the days until the Oshawa location opens! So excited!!!
