I love shopping at Sephora. They have so many makeup products that are the latest trends. I order online only through them. I find I get more with their deals and samples.

Some locations are worse than others, but the Sephora closest to where i live is amazing! The staff are always so nice. The store is always really clean... I have a serious problem with being a VIB Rouge member- I'm addicted!

You can find various brand in the store. the Sales are very welcome to help you out and give you advise.

The store layout is fantastic & everything is easy to locate & marked very well. I must say I have been in a few locations & I have not been happy with the customer service. In fact we were not approached once! Not a hello, can I help you or anything. We have been to 3 different locations and it happened every time. We walked out of all 3 stores and never purchased a thing. Not good for business.

Many brands, many colours to choose from. The IQ skin colour is spot on. The service isn't always that great.

Love sephora. It is makeup heaven. The girls that work they're always look beautiful and are extremely helpful with everything.

I like the fact that when you wait in line theirs more stuff cheaper samples and I tend to pick it up as I go.

I've had many different experiences at Sephora, but on average their pretty good.

Staff - their always friendly and happy to help, unfortunately their not always free with so many customers in the store it's hard to get someones undivided attention when you really need help colour matching or finding a product.

Products - there's SO many it can be overwheling and very time consuming so I prefer to do my research online at home about what I want to invest in and try to get in there and just get that product.

There's nothing wrong with Sephora, but honestly I feel very overwhelmed when in there, I find it crowded and often the staff can't seem to keep up with people messing up the samplers. In the end, unless I have come for something specifically I find myself leaving empty handed. I do find things on their website but I wish the shipping rates were lower.

They have very functional makeup, it works really nice, all the makeup I have gotten from there is extremely high quality, but the price almost makes it not worth it. Which is why I love when they have stuff on sale because I cannot pay full price for most of the things they sell, I cannot justify it, however their makeup is very nice.
