I have bought a few things from Sephora but it's not a regular stop as the prices are a little above my budget. The staff are great and very friendly in all the locations I've been to.

I bought some makeup when I was getting married and the lovely girl who helped me with shades of foundation was a huge resource of information and left a great impression.

My only beef is that you cannot pay with gift cards on their Canadian online shop (which being 2016 now is ridiculous - and its been years that I've been waiting to do this because there's great deals online that they don't have in store)

Sephora is one of those places I go into just to take a look.. Product is wayy over priced.. & I only want to spend no more than 5 minutes in there because the scents are soo overpowering id end up with a headache. Overall, I think the store is overrated.

I love buying makeup from Sephora. Since I don't wear much makeup, I rarely go out and buy makeup. So even though the prices are pretty expensive, it is worth it for me because I don't but makeup more than once a year (if that at all). The only thing is that there are so many workers walking around asking if I want help, which I don't really like when I am just browsing.

quite possibly my favourite store ever, don't really interact with the staff anymore because i usually enter the store knowing exactly what i want and where im going, if i just went in there for leisure i would wind up spending hundreds of dollars, love love love the selections, they have everything i could possibly dream of owning

I have to avoid this store at all cost as I can't go there without buying something! Overall the staff are always friendly and helpful. I wish there was more consistency with samples. I find that some stores give you samples every time you check out while others don't.

Now as a self proclaimed make up fanatic, if I could live in a store and just be there forever... I might be the happiest girl on earth. Stepping foot inside a sephora store is like taking happy pills... although my wallet is always empty when I leave the products are worth it and the service is awesome.

I love Sephora!! It's the only store I buy my makeup and cleansing products from. This selection and customer service are by far the best I've ever experienced. Everyone knows or will find someone who knows exactly what you are looking for. It's a fantastic place to try new products because if they simple don't work for you they will help you find a product that does. I never have to worry about wasting money on a maybe product, because their return policy is the best!!

Sephora is a great store that offers tons of selection and brands for any beauty needs. I've been shopping at Sephora for a few years more steadily now that I've moved away from drugstore products and more towards higher end. On that note Sephora can be fairly expensive for the quality of products depending on ones budget. What has me shopping at Sephora more commonly nowadays is their point system. I buy makeup almost regularly and there's incentive to stick with the store when rewards are involved. I will say that nowadays as much as I shop at the store my purchases are usually always online as you can always get loads of free samples; every time I purchase in store they never offer free samples and when I ask it appears to be a big deal for the customer service representative.

I wouldn't recommend this store for people who are on a tight budget! But I do love this store immensely!! I buy products from here all the time! I find that I keep going back because of their amazing friendly staff who are extremely helpful in finding products. Their return policy is amazing: You can return used products that didn't work & you can get store credit after 30 days of purchase.
