I went there to find some powder highlighter. The sales associate showed me one but it was so expensive! I asked her if she had anything less expensive and she said no. I decided to look around myself and I found one that's sephora brand!
Maybe she didn't know about the product, but she should have offered to check. It was like I wasn't worth the effort because I wanted to spend less money.

I love makeup since I was little, but Sephora usually overwhelms me, and it doesn't matter to what store I go. There is a great selection of beauty products to buy from different brands. I am giving it a slight lower mark just because I feel products there are overpriced.

If you've never been in to a Sephora store, your first time can be very overwhelming. There is so much to see, try out or smell, it can be a sensory overload. Thank goodness for having a mass amount of employees on star at all times. Everyone is very informative and are more than happy to give you samples or even apply makeup to you right then and there! Customer service is impeccable! Very friendly, fast service (online and instore). I also ordered the wrong colour of foundation online and didn't have a chance to make it to a store for more than a month and the exchanged it for the correct colour - no questions asked! And I didn't even have my receipt! Thanks to being apart of their Beauty Insiders club (incentive) they kept all my purchase history and found my receipt in a second!

I love Sephora. I shop at the stores in Halifax, NS. It is my favorite makeup store. Generally, the staff always approach you to offer assistance. If not, they are very helpful when you need it. I love the large selection of products offered. The store itself, has a wonderful and organized layout and is very trendy looking. Always clean. I love that they give you samples to take home :)

I love walking into sephora! Although every time I walk in I always leave with something new to try! It's really hard to resist. They have all of the major brands and always have new product coming in. Their makeup selection is great!

I love walking into sephora. I usually buy all my makeup from here as it has majority of all the brands I use. They also have an area or natural products which I love using. It is as time very pricey but good quality beauty products. The staff is also every helpful. I love how they recommend products that match together and what will look best on me. However the store is usually packed with people making it hard to get that one-on-one attention for a while.

I usually buy something from spear if I want to make sure that what I'm buying is good quality. I also appreciate the points system and birthday gifts. I also like how the staff doesn't hound you and try and force you into buying stuff but if you need help they're very knowledgeable.

I buy a lot of my makeup products from Sephora. Although it is somewhat pricey the quality is worth it. Everytime I visit a Sephora store it is always filled with people making it nearly impossible to get help from someone.

I love visiting Sephora. The store is always so clean and bright. They have a wide array of merchandise and everything is easy to find.
