My favourite part about Sephora stores are the skincare/beauty sections.
You'll find more high-end products here that you wouldn't find at your typical drugstore. Some options are really pricey, but if you do your research, are worth it.

I love all the products lipsticks, shadows, everything. I am fascinated with all their products. I love and I am addicted to makeup, I love makeup and see myself beautiful.

Who does love Saphora?

I’ve been shopping at Sephora throughout the years, mostly online. There are some things I don’t agree with, like their change up on rogue shipping. A lot of orders since the beginning of the year have been taking way longer than what I’m used to to arrive. And a few times my order had arrived without any of my sample picks. But any single time I have an issue with product or shipping and I contact them, they always go above and beyond to take care of it. They’ve replaced products free of charge, expedited shipping that was taking too long, resent a full order when the carrier lost my package. They also have the best rewards program. I freaking love Sephora and will forever be a Sephora customer.

Great selection

This store offers a huge range of different products at different price points. The store has a great return policy if you find the product isn’t right for you. Staff is very knowledgeable and listens to your concerns.

Amazing makeup store

I usually like to treat myself. This is the place for me to go for great makeup. Just alittle expensive. That’s why I don’t always shop here. What I do is like to try out the makeup. This is good way of knowing what I will be buying. The service is ok. I mean they can do better.

WORTH IT

I love this store! It has all my favourite brands in one place. The best time to shop is during their sales and promos since everything is so expensive. The high price is justified though because everything is such high quality and if it doesn't work, they have a great return policy.

#1 makeup store

Sephora is my go to store, whenever looking for makeup I can always be assured they have it. I love that they offer birthday gifts, have many shade ranges although can be pricey for some products, carries many brands as well as collecting points for rewards.

Everything in one place

Sephora is the fantastic. It has most makeup and skincare products under one roof. The online store is great too. One major great point about Sephora is that they will give you samples of products. That way you can try the product before you buy a full size product.

They also have an insider club (free to join) where you get a free present on your birthday. The presents are from good brands (my last gift was NARS).

Staff are helpful but in the Eaton Centre (the place I usually go) it is very busy so sometimes you need to wait a few minutes for help.

Would recommend to most

If you are someone who can go in and find exactly what you are looking for on your own, then you are in the right place!! If you need help colour matching or they don't have a product out, you're better off to find it somewhere else...

My go to for anything beauty

I love Sephora. They have such a wide selection of brands that I love, that it's my go to for whatever product that I'm looking for. I was so happy when it opened in Canada!
