What girl doesn't love Sephora. One of my favourite stores of all time of course. To narrow it down to the two Toronto Sephoras I go to regularly (Toronto Eaton Centre) and (Yorkdale), Yorkdale is by far the best Sephora in my opinion. I love the employees specifically at that Sephora because they are very knowledgable and very friendly. The ones at the Eatons Centre one are nice, but sometimes theres a few that make me feel slightly uncomfortable, like they're judging me when I'm looking at products. I can spend hours in Sephora, any Sephora, and the Yorkdale location never questions what I'm doing and still are very friendly by the time I check out. At the Eatons one, I feel like sometimes when I'm there too long they act like they want me to get out already. Overall my experiences at Sephora have been very positive, and I will always go back!

I love going into Sephora. I have now been converted and buy all of my beauty products here! Yes, it is more expensive then drug-store finds/brands...but it is worth the money. Doesn't matter what brand you are looking for or what product, the girls at Sephora are always happy to assist! I love that they take the time to get to know a little about me and ask me lots of questions. I always end up buying way more than I came for when I go into Sephora..haha. It's a shopping experience and you can always find what you are in need of.

I love Sephora - my go to place for cosmetics. The staff are helpful and are always willing to give samples and recommendations!

It varies from store to store but service wise, most employees are quite knowledgeable about the products and can help you with any concerns you have. There are so many products it can get a little overwhelming for those that are just starting to get into skincare and beauty. I'm a kid in a candy store,

I love looking and trying new products. This is my absolute favourite store and I feel right at home walking in. Prices varies but some are reasonably price and some of their sale products are worth the trip. Also, online shopping is a breeze on their website.

Sephoras is a great place to go if you love makeup and beauty products. It's almost like a wonderland for avid beauty seekers. They have a lot of different brands that you don't see at the regular department stores as well as the ones that you do find there. All Sephora's are not created equal, some stores are better than others. I would recommend that you go during the week because they are usually swamped on the weekends.

I love this store! The staff are amazing, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. The only down side is that the Canadian stores do not have some of the same products that the US stores have.

Everyone at the stores are very accepting and happy to help. There tend to be no snobs. They go above and beyond to find you what you are looking for if you let them, and you should always leave the store with 3 free samples!

The customer service, as far as I've experienced, is excellent! The product selection is amazing! They carry products from mid-range to high-end. Whenever I come across a Sephora, I can't help but to be lured in by all neat make-up displays. Sephora is probably my favourite store. :)

I can only comment on their online service as the local shop is 4hrs away!!!

Products are high end and therefore a little pricey but the selection is wonderful. They carry a lot that is harder to find locally here in Canada. The online service is great and fast!
