I find the items in this store to be very expensive. I purchased a nice coloured lip balm there recently that is very nice.

Love this store, great variety of brands, a little pricey for certain things, but its a nice store to compare all there brands.

Although the costumer service may vary from location to location, I generally have a pleasant experience in their stores. It's nice that you can take your time to browse and test out all the products at your own ease. Their return policy is very valuable especially for someone with sensitive skin such as myself. BI/VIB/VIB rouge points program is an added bonus to save up points to redeem deluxe sized samples. There are also special events every now and then that keep me coming back to this store.

I love this store! It's a makeup and beauty products heaven! It can be an overwhelming store since it's packed with high quality and designer products of all sorts. My guilty pleasure is buying quality beauty products. This is the place for it. You can try products and it's encouraged in the store to play and experiment with all the products. I like being a Sephora Beauty Insider member. You receive their card and on your birthday they give beauty products like a lip set by Sugar or other selections. You gain points with each purchase and this leads to receiving further gifts which you can redeem for. I love the quality and variety of the products. They give you samples to choice from. Lots of choices in every department imagined.

I only recently started shopping at Sephora, but I have to say I am not disappointed! I found the staff is very knowledgeable about the various products and the ones I dealt with, were not pushy and trying to sell me products I didn't like or need. Sephora is a great store to learn about what types of beauty products work for you. I am very happy with them and will continue to be a patron of their establishment! Keep up the good work Sephora!

One of my favourite stores. Love the wide variety of make-up and brands they have. Many of the brands are available on-line only which is a bummer as I like to try all my products out before I commit. However you can return all make-up even if you have used it or forgot your receipt (not sure about on-line but I have done this in store with great ease). Staff are knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. The best thing about this store is the colour match program they have - they use a gadget to match your skin with all their foundations and powders to ensure you have the exact match for your face with tons of brands to chose from. Not more disappointments or guessing colour matches. Sign up as a member and you will be able to pick up a gift of samples on your birthday and join loyalty program which allows you get chose our own sample after you accumulate a pre-set number of points. I could spend hours in here and that wouldn't be enough time.

Whenever I need makeup, I head over to Sephora. I love how you can just browse around without having a sales associate continuously follow you around. They're there when you have questions, but they definitely don't push on sales. It's also the first place I go look for birthday gifts if I know my friends enjoy make up. They've got good packages that make good gifts. Also, their loyalty program is a really good marketing program. I definitely return a lot more because of the beauty insider points!

This place is every girl's dream. Makeup and skincare everywhere. Love coming here.

If I could live at a store it would be Sephora. The products are amazing. The layout of the store is easy to use. The staff are super helpful and if you are a member of their store you get a free gift for your birthday every year and you don't even have to buy anything. Sephora is wonderful and their points program gets you samples of products that you will actually use. So great.

Sephora is a make-up lover's dream store. I could spend hours in there! They have so many different brands and there is always someone available to help. I love how the employees always give their honest opinion. Even Sephora's own brand is great and very affordable.
