There is personalized options to get exclusive deluxe samples of your choice depending on what you purchase and what you like. If you join there beauty insiders program it’s a great way to get exclusive to you emails and deals including birthday gifts and points for all purchases.

Fast Shipping

I have browsed their online store a number of times, usually to scope out the in-store deals and new products ahead of stopping into shop. This past weekend (Easter weekend) I placed my order on Saturday and it arrived today (Wednesday), I expected it to arrive early next week due to the stat holidays this past weekend. I bought a few things and it arrived in a large box that was packed with care, the smaller items packed in their own bag. Plus I received the 2 free samples I selected at checkout. Navigating their website was very easy and the fast shipping has turned this gal into a permanent Sephora on-line shopper!

A really well-organized website

I have never made a purchase through Sephora's website, but I online window-shop on it at least a few times a week. I like that you can make a "loves list" (wish list) when you make an account, so that you can keep track of the products that interest you. The Beauty Insider program is also great. If you let them know your birthday, you can redeem a free gift during your birthday month! The website is simple to navigate and is very well-organized. The one downside is that I have found the product images to often be misleading; the products usually end up being smaller in-store than how they appear on the website!

Love This Site

I love this website! It has all my favourite brands in one place. The best time to shop is during their sales and promos since everything is so expensive. The high price is justified though because everything is such high quality and if it doesn't work, they have a great return policy. Always look for promo codes so you get some extra samples.

Great selection but...

Love the Sephora beauty selection and it's return policy. I hate the fact that most Asian products are listed as luxury goods instead of affordable ones though so I only shop them from Sephora as my last resort or during a sale.

My first time shopping at a Sephora store, I did it online.

Lots of name brands to choose from, I would still like to see a few more name brands they don't have yet. Its easy to navigate online. Lots of deals and promos. Loved the site. They have a point system as well.

They usually have a good selection, I like to try something before I buy it. They have free shipping at $50.00. It was fast delievery, I was very impressed!

Shop for great products without even leaving the house.

I absolutely love shopping online especially when a site is easy to navigate like Sephora. You can shop by categories or put whatever you're looking for in the search engine. They always get new exciting products so if it's popular it's almost guaranteed to be found at Sephora. I love that I can read lots of reviews of the product right there on the site before buying. The only thing I find is that on occassion I have had trouble loading into the reviews. Since I downloaded the Sephora app I haven't had a problem in that regard. The shipping is free when you make a purchase of 50$ or more which is quite easy to do on this site. They have alot of products on sale. I can't always make it downtown to Sephora so I like that I can still buy what I want or need. You always get to choose three samples with each purchase and on occasion they have sample codes you can use to get additional samples. They also have loyalty points and on your birthday you get a gift. The Sephora app makes it so much more convenient to shop online so I definitely reccomend downloading the app.

What I love about shopping online at Sephora.com is that it is easy to find what you are looking for: you can search either by brand or by type of product. I love the loves list in which I keep all the items I really want, but not necessarily ready to buy. What is great is that they do not dissapear from their (unlike some shopping bag on other web site) In general, the shipping is quite quick (I once received my order in 1 or 2 business days, I was super impress!) I also love the three free samples you can choose, and also, I don't know if it is because I am a VIB, but I receive a lot of emails containing promo codes to have deluxe samples of specific produtcs. This is Genius!

I love shopping online at Sephora . I love the VIB rouge shipping and excellent customer service . Amazing return policy and it's very flexible . I also enjoy the free samples and the deluxe sample they give out when you order online . I always find a great value on the website than in the store .

I cant get enough of Sephora! I spend wayyy to much money shopping on line at Sephora. It was like once I got a little taste of high end make up that was it, I had to up grade all my beauty products. I love all the samples and loyalty program. Once you start shopping here, you can't stop... beware!!!!
