Great sales and deals to find online than wandering in stores for me

I have an OBSESSION with Sephora! They have so many different products to try. Their beauty insider loyalty program is one of the best I've seen around. You are able to sample almost any product you're interested in buying. They offer birthday gifts to their loyalty members. This year I received a Tarte blush and matte lip paint. LOVE! Everything they sell is such good quality and well known! It can be expensive shopping in there, but I try not to think about it. Lol. I've never had a large issue with them. One time they cancelled half of my order because they over sold those products. That was pretty bad, but nothing I couldn't get over. Some people have problem with the in person service, I personally think they are all pretty helpful in store. They also offer free refunds if you don't enjoy the product! It's great, especially since you are spending so much on a product. They want to make sure that you LOVE it! They often have kits which they place their best selling products in and sell them for VERY reasonable prices. I love buying those sets so I can see which products are better fit to my tastes. I love trying new products for less, so these kits are great! Especially their lip kits. I haven't bought one yet in which I've disliked! I'm still a loyal Sephora customer.

I love shopping at sephora.com because they have lots of amazing products plus you get three free sample of your choice with every purchase over 25$ and that gives you a chance to try before you buy ( and review, OF COURSE!) like chickadvisor does. So you just have to buy your favorite products and you will get your samples!

I love shopping online at Sephora, but I find it frustrating that as a VIB, so many of the value sets sell out on the twice a year sale days before the sale opens below rouge status or even before the sale! I guess the solution is to shop in store. While I find it frustrating, I will continue to shop at Sephora. Their return policy is amazing and the have the best selection. Prices are high and it's easy to spend a lot, but the quality is high.

I love shopping online on Sephora.com. I usually go on this site to see the reviews of products before I buy. Shipping is free after $50 and I like the convenience of shopping online. I love that I can have a favorite list and see all of my past purchases and points. Shipping is fast as well.

I won't shop online with Sephora simply based on the fact that it kept directing me to the American site, so I had loaded up my cart and then something happened that clued me into what had happened and like 90% of my cart wasn't available in my country and then they stuff that was available ended up being way more expensive. And I signed up for the club and I get the emails and offers, but they all seem to be for the American site. So disappointed. So if and when I do choose to make a purchase from Sephora, I will be doing it in store.

I love being able to shop without even leaving my home. This site is easy to navigate and very appealing to go through. I love that you get free samples at checkout. The only thing I didn't like was the shipping time as it took longer than stated on the site. The returns are super easy as you can just do it in store.

This website is addictive on multiple levels, lol. So many products you cannot find in store, so many gifts and samples, sales, you name it. If you're not careful you can rack up a huge bill from these pricey products.

I love Sephora, especially for the fact that they give you a chance to try products before buying and also even if you buy and try and don't like it they will refund your money. They have a wonderful selection of products for all skin types, men and women. Awesome store. Oh yeah and free gifts on your birthdays and you can earn points towards free products from purchasing. Love it.
