Great for gifting!

Shutterfly is always a big hit for us around holiday time! People love seeing the personalized gifts. It can be a little pricey at time but they are always sending out great offers which are easy to take advantage of!

If you're Canadian - wait for free shipping!

I've only used Shutterfly once. I live in Canada and there are big shipping and duty fees that go into ordering. So first off I would recommend keeping items in your cart until there is a FREE shipping to Canada sale - otherwise it is expensive. The nice part about opening an account is you get extra freebies (ie: 100 free prints, 10 cards, photo magnets and a drawstring bag) AND you can layer other coupon codes. So I received FREE personalized pencils and 50% off my blankets. I think I saved over $200 on my order. Because I received all these extra perks and free shipping is why I ordered through Shutterfly instead of ordering from a local vendor.
Other things to note: the prices are in USD and your items will come individually in the mail.

The best prints ever!

I always order my prints from Shutterfly. I’m from Canada so the shipping is more expensive but it’s totally worth it plus with the app there are always so many freebies and discounts and gifts that it totally makes up for shipping cost. The quality is awesome. I have been so happy with the photo books and notebooks I have got from them! Shutterfly, you’re the BEST!

Good quality pictures

I have ordered from shutterfly a couple of times and the quality has really been there with the pictures. When my son was born we made photo books using there discount coupons and they turned out great! They always have sales or coupons that you can use. They also offer free shipping if you spend so much money which is a bonus. The cellphone app is easy to use and they were doing free 4x6 if you ordered off the app. I would use them again and I recommend them to everyone! The shipping can take awhile as they are out of the states but pictures arrive packaged nicely!

They print good pictures

I tried Shutterfly this year for the first time. I got some pictures developed by them off my smartphone. I was very impressed with the quality of pictures and how they turned out. I like this company because they offer discount codes at times and they will do photo books for you and other items. I like how they will print off your photos off your phone. They do good work.

I always find great things

I love Shutterfly because although you have to pay for shipping you get good quality products. A lot of the times you can get products for free as well.
I have received notebooks, but also used it as a site for my prints and can say that I was impressed. The quality is just as good as elsewhere, if not even better.
The customer service is great too, I have not had a bad experience thus far.

Never placing an order from them again!

I placed an order with Shutterfly because I had a bunch of codes to used on the site that was going to expire. I place my order, two placemats, and 8x8 hardcover photo book. I received my placemats but did not get the photo book, I contact customer service and they told that they sent the photo book to a completely different address. I was so upset, one how can a company send an order to a different address? when my address is linked to my account. two, customer service said that the package was sent to my address but somehow it was lost in the mail. But Shutterfly has sent me multiple emails stating that my order was shipped to a different address in Toronto. Long story short I will NEVER use this company again, they messed up by sending a photo book of picture of my child and family to a complete stranger and won't take ownership for this mistake. I will from now on stick to Canadian companies when dealing with personal photo because at least you'll be able to go into a store and create what you want and pick it up in store.

I have been a photographer since I was 9 years old and in all that time I have had many photos developed. Shutterfly is my favorite place to get my photos done. They have a great variety and delivery is fast. I love watching for promo codes. I have 4 ornaments for my Yule tree that I have received from Shutterfly and they are beautiful and great quality.

Truly fantastic service. I ordered all of our weddings photos and they turned out beautifully. Plus service was fast and so was shipping. They always have deals too!
