I have super-thick, wavy hair, and have had some truly scary thinning jobs in the past. For a few years now, I've been seeing Connie at Snipp'z, and she does a super job of thinning it by layering, instead of using thinning shears. She also straightens it with a flat iron, and then does some more trimming. She's really thorough, takes pride in her work, and charges a very reasonable price.
