Chic and luxe!

I recently visited the Soia & Kyo Square One store as part of the ChickAdvisor #SoiaKyoStyle campaign and overall, it was a great experience. Their customer service was excellent. With the help of an associate I was able to find and try one of the scarves I had been previously eyeing online. Although I'm not quite sure if I went on a day where they ran out of stock but I found it a little odd that they only had one of each of the scarves I liked. But other than that, it went very well, the manager checked me out and she was very nice! She made sure to mention that the scarf I had gotten has warranty which I appreciated a lot!

As for the products themselves, the selection is nice. Soia & Kyo products have a very minimal but chic aspect to them. The prices are a bit steep. It's definitely on the luxurious side, but I look forward to using my gorgeous scarf and seeing if it lives up to the pricetag.

Luxe shopping

I had the amazing opportunity to shop here thanks to ChickAdvisor and Soia & Kyo. The store is clean, organized and easy to shop- which I appreciate coming from a retail background. I had my heart set on the Nefli scarf and in person it’s even more gorgeous, and so so soft! I wasn’t planning on purchasing a hat but the Amalie was so perfect for me and the Pom Pom is removable which is something I don’t usually see. A sales associate helped show me different hats until I found the one that I wanted without pressuring me. The quality of the clothing and accessories here are amazing, and the staff is very helpful. If you’re looking to add some luxe pieces into your outdoor wardrobe I recommend Shopping here! And if it’s good enough for Megan Markle it’s good enough for me ;)

New flagship store and great customer service

I visited this store over the weekend and it is pretty busy. However, even if there’s many people, the customer service is still top-notch. The sales associate who helped me is really patient and has helped me tried on different items. The checkout process is a breeze and they have also informed me of their warranty and other stuff to remember to help me take care of my jacket. The store is very well-lit, modern, clean and organized. I am happy that Soia and Kyo now has a flagship store making it easier for shoppers to try on their jackets, scarfs and hats. I would surely recommend that you visit the store than shop online (like I usually do).

Beautiful and unique designs!

Beautiful store and brand overall. The ladies working there are so friendly, patient, will show you the items you're interested in in every color, encourage you to try it on, give their honest opinion, etc. They're great!

The items they have are gorgeous - pricy - but you can see why as soon as you walk in the store. The designs of their coats, gloves, and scarves are so unique, the colours are perfect for a neutral loving girl like me, and the material feels so high quality.

I would definitely recommend the brand/store!

Winter Wonderland

I recently visited Soia & Kyo at Square One thanks to a Product Review Club opportunity. Having only heard of the brand in passing, I wasn't sure what to expect. I usually avoid the higher-end winter stores as I'm sometimes intimidated by sales staff or the price of items and would rather shop online instead, but I'm so glad I went to this store in person because it was the total opposite of what I expected. The store is spacious and open, and merchandised in a way that lets you feel comfortable touching items and casually putting them on. The staff were stellar, Rhianna in particular was extremely helpful to me when I told her what I was looking for, and managed to find me a pair of gloves that matched both my fall jacket that I was wearing, and a winter jacket I already had at home that I showed her the colour of. They did not do any awkward upselling and made me feel very at home in the store. I was also happy to see a variety of people shopping there, of all ages and backgrounds, I guess good quality goes a long way. :) While the prices are a bit higher than what I usually spend, a 2 year warranty goes a LONG way, so maybe when my current winter jacket wears out I'll make another visit!

Elegant and Classic Styles

Firstly, thank you for the voucher and the opportunity to shop the new Soia and Kyo store at Square One. The store is modern and inviting and provides the feeling of a refined shopping experience. I love how there is attention to detail from the sitting area to the lighting in the store, it creates a pleasant ambiance. The displays are organized and give inspiration for any classic look you want to achieve. I love how there are various styles and cuts of jackets and coats to choose from. Wonderful selection of neutrals and rich jewel tones as well so there is something for everyone. Lovely assortment of fall and winter accessories to pair with your jackets and coats and they make great gifts too. The coats, jackets and accessories are made with quality fabrics that will surely be staple pieces in your closet for years to come. My shopping experience was absolutely pleasant as the staff is attentive,warm and knowledgeable. I recommend checking out Soia and Kyo at Square One for a great variety of beautiful and timeless jackets, coats and accessories, you'll be sure to find a gem.

I am so greatfull for the opportunity to shop at Soia & Kyo. My shopping experience was a very pleasant one. The sales women were very polite and easy to talk to. They helped me decide on the perfect piece for me to purchase with my complimentary $100 to use towards their store. The item I chose was a beautiful pink/grey scarf. Since my purchase, I have not been able to take my scarf/shall off! It’s so beautiful and so soft. It’s the perfect piece for this weather, as I’m not usually one to wear a coat right away when the weather starts to get cold. I am so happy with my choice and I hope anyone reading this review will take the time to check out Soia & Kyo if they’re ever in the area. I highly recommend this store to everyone. It’s an easy store to shop in and they have a lot to offer.

Beautiful Store, Fantastic Staff

I received a voucher to shop with at Soia and Kyo as a part of the Product Review Club. First of all, the store is beautiful. If you are looking for luxury women's outerwear, this is the place to go!

The store was clean, well lit, and organized. The layout was well-thought out and even included hooks to hang your purses or jackets on while you tried on their products. It's not a large store, but it has a good selection of inventory.

Secondly, the staff was fantastic. I did not advise that I was attending the store as part of the Product Review Club until I made my purchase. I dealt mostly with Nadine, but was also assisted by Medina. Both ladies took the time to introduce themselves to me and offer any advice that they could. I really appreciated that they took the time to ask me my name, and questions, so they could get to know me as a customer. They offered styling advice and encouraged me to try on anything I liked. They were filled with knowledge about the products and the store itself and were happy to share it. I was really impressed with my entire experience.

The products are a bit pricey, which is the only downside. However, that being said, considering it is a luxury outerwear company and the quality of the products (I was advised that all products have a two year warranty!), I still feel that it's good value.

I am so happy to have been introduced to this store. It's beautiful.

Soia & Kyo is a true shoppers delight!

When I first heard of Soia & Kyo through this wonderful offer from Chick Advisor, I was super excited to visit their flagship store in Square One. As a diehard online shopper, it was a refreshing experience to shop in person. Immediately upon entering the store, I was warmly greeted by Nadine, the Store Manager. Nadine immediately got to work qualifying what I was looking for in terms of style, season, and size to start making some recommendations. When we quickly ruled out the styles I normally go for, I was pleasantly surprised to see that Nadine was really up for the challenge. She pulled a few other coats which I would have never thought to try and ended up loving two of them. My difficult decision was made pretty easy since Nadine was so knowledgeable with the temperatures ratings for each coat and pointing out key features that are essential for our cold Canadian winters. The whole experience was absolutely wonderful, I am so happy Nadine was there to help me that day. The store is beautifully setup, I was really impressed with my first visit to Soia & Kyo and would definitely recommend shopping at their Square One location.

Love Soia & Kyo!

I had picked up the Camelia coat from Soia & Kyo last year when I really needed a new winter coat. This year, I decided to pick up the Darnelle coat and visited their standalone store at Square One. I love how warm and well made their coats are and love that they’re a Canadian company. The interior of the store is super nice and the staff were very kind and knowledgeable. They were quick to help me get my size and suggestive of different styles. I’m very happy with my purchase and I know I’ll definitely be going back for my next one!
