Good looks, but overpriced and meh service

Their products look good, but they are priced considerably higher than other places, even though their products are made in China.

It took them forever to ship my items, and they had a sale a few weeks after I received my order, but their price guarantee is only good for a week or so.

Their customer service lacks empathy; it feels like they want to prove they're not wrong rather than listening to their customers.

I used to like this store, thinking their products were manufactured locally. However, after experiencing their service, and noticing that their products are made in China, I don't think I'll be buying from them anymore.
