don't like hearing about bad experience

bad experience, added a review about an experience, even called to explain to them what happened, even went back with another animal, most places want to hear about good and bad as this is how work places grow and learn , not this place they only want to hear or for people to see good reviews not their poor service, or lack of communication skills.
